Mandatory Poses

Front Stance: One hand on hip, opposite arm relaxed, one leg slightly extended

Quarter Turn Right: Twisting side pose (hand on hip, opposite arm relaxed, front leg bent)

Rear Stance: Lower back arched, glutes pushed back, arms relaxed at sides

Quarter Turn Left: Mirrored twisting side pose (hand on hip, opposite arm relaxed, front leg bent)

Judges emphasize fluidity and poise. No exaggerated arm placement (no bent wrist/“chicken wing” poses)
Judging Criteria

Conditioning slightly above Bikini, but not as lean as Figure
-
Lower body development (quads, glutes, hamstrings) more pronounced than upper body
-
Full, round glutes with slight separation (no striations)
-
Slight quad separation is acceptable (no extreme definition)
-
Abs and shoulders developed similarly to Bikini (not overly capped or striated)
-
Overall balance, symmetry, and confident presentation
Competition Suit
-
Two-piece suit, bottoms must be V-shaped in the front and provide appropriate back coverage (no thongs, T-backs)
-
Wellness bottoms traditionally sit high on the hips and may be all-material with no connectors, or bikini-style with connectors (either is acceptable)

High heels required (same standards as Bikini)

Jewelry permitted (same standards as Bikini/Figure)

No posing oil; competitors may use glaze for shine

All suits inspected at check-in — wear competition suit under clothing

Any suit changes for finals must be re-approved by judges

Athletes must maintain professionalism and sportsmanship at all times

Failure to comply with attire or conduct standards may result in scoring penalties or disqualification
