Mandatory Poses

Presentation is limited to front and back stances (no side judging)

Optional hand placements (hand on hip or hand in pocket) allowed

Competitors walk to center stage individually, present front/back, then line up as directed

Presentation & Attire

Board shorts only (must sit just above the knee and no more than one inch below the navel

Shorts must be plain in style; no spandex or inappropriate cuts permitted)

Logos are not allowed except small manufacturer marks (e.g., Nike, Billabong)

Presentation should emphasize confidence and charisma, not exaggerated or lewd movements

No gum, props, gymnastics moves, or inappropriate gestures allowed
Judging Criteria

Fit, aesthetic look with shape, symmetry, and balanced muscularity
-
Proper conditioning — not excessive size or density (this is not bodybuilding)
-
Stage presence, confidence, and ability to connect with the audience
Music
-
House music is used during presentation and comparisons.

Athletes walk and pose to the stage DJ’s track, not their own upload (unlike Bodybuilding, Classic, or Women’s Physique).

Athletes must wear competition attire under clothing at inspection

Professionalism and sportsmanship are required at all times
